How Filter Forms Works

Filter Forms uses AI to analyze every submission against your custom instructions. Here's the simple workflow:

  1. Create a form - Build your contact form with the fields you need
  2. Add AI instructions - Tell the AI what makes a legitimate submission for your business
  3. Configure destinations - Set where approved submissions should be sent (email, webhooks, Google Sheets)
  4. Embed on your site - Copy and paste a simple code snippet
  5. Watch spam disappear - Real submissions get approved, spam stays in quarantine

Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Create Your First Form

  1. Sign in to your Filter Forms dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Form"
  3. Give your form a name (e.g., "Contact Form")
  4. Add form fields by clicking "Add Question"
    • Choose field types: text, email, textarea, etc.
    • Mark required fields
    • Add placeholder text

Step 2: Configure AI Filtering

The AI filter is what makes Filter Forms powerful. In your form settings:

Step 5: Embed on Your Website

  1. Go to "Embed Code" in your form settings

Submissions that don't pass the AI filter go into "Spam Jail" where you can:

  • Review them to ensure nothing was incorrectly filtered
  • Manually approve legitimate submissions if needed
  • Permanently delete spam

  • Give examples of good and bad submissions
